FAQ

What do I expect to pay? 

We ask you to pay only $39 up front before speaking to a provider. We put this fee toward your monthly subscription if you are approved by a provider. If there is any reason that you can’t be treated, this $39 will be refunded. You will only be responsible for your monthly subscription. Doctors visits, shipping, supplies, support is all included. No hidden fees!

Is my insurance accepted? 

At this time, Fina operates as a self-pay telehealth service, meaning patients will be responsible for the full cost of their treatment at the time of service. Patients will be required to sign an Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) acknowledging their understanding that services are not currently covered by insurance. However, we are actively working on expanding our network to accept more insurance plans in the future. In the meantime, many of our services may be eligible for reimbursement through Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and we are happy to assist patients in determining their eligibility and providing necessary documentation for reimbursement.

Do I have to have meds shipped to me ? Can I use a different pharmacy?

For a seamless and efficient treatment experience, we encourage patients to use our direct-to-patient (DTP) pharmacy services, which offer competitive pricing and expedited processing. While we understand that some patients may prefer to use an alternative pharmacy, doing so may result in delays in obtaining medications, as processing times and availability can vary. If you choose to use a different pharmacy, we will do our best to coordinate with them, but we cannot guarantee the same level of efficiency. Our goal is to ensure you receive your medication as quickly and conveniently as possible, so we highly recommend utilizing our trusted pharmacy partners.

Will I get to speak with a licensed provider?

Absolutely! At Fina, we believe quality care starts with a face-to-face telehealth visit where you can discuss your health, ask questions, and receive a plan tailored to you. Unlike other companies that never actually meet their patients, The Fina Promise ensures you connect with a real, licensed provider.

Are there options other than GLP injectables?

Yes. Some people have major needle phobia. The good news is that we have other routes of administration available such as sublingual drops or regular oral tablets when available.
