Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of all provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Fina Health LLC provides telehealth medical services focused on wellness and weight loss, which may include virtual consultations with healthcare providers, and prescription services where legally permissible.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access and use our Services. By creating an account, scheduling a consultation, or engaging with our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have the legal authority to act on their behalf and that they also agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorized access or use of our Services by individuals under the age of eighteen is strictly prohibited.

Fina Health LLC provides access to licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations. You acknowledge that any medical advice, prescriptions, or treatment plans provided through our platform are subject to the discretion of the assigned provider and may vary based on individual health conditions, regulatory requirements, and medical necessity. We do not guarantee that every user will qualify for prescriptions or medical treatments, and we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue medical services if it is determined that the treatment is not appropriate.

Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment plan or financing option is explicitly offered. Fees for consultations, prescriptions, and related services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. You understand that insurance coverage for our Services may vary, and you are responsible for verifying any reimbursement eligibility with your insurance provider. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement and are not responsible for any denials or coverage limitations imposed by third-party insurers.

All content, materials, and intellectual property available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Fina Health LLC and its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through our platform without prior written consent from us. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your use of our Services is at your own risk. Fina Health LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided. We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to adverse health outcomes, data breaches, service interruptions, or third-party conduct. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other relevant privacy laws to protect your health information. Any attempts to use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal consequences.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation with us. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to pursue claims through class actions or jury trials. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, the state in which Fina Health LLC is registered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
